The connector and housing specialist ESCHA now offers an additional special cable quality for its successful "Automation Line" product range. With the flexible, silicon- and halogen-free control line referred to as S7400, the M8x1 and M12x1 round connectors are particularly adapted for operations in robotic applications as well as handling- and assembly technology.
The new connectors referred to as ‘Automation Line robotic ‘are especially drag-chain adapted (up to 10 million cycles) and extremely torsion-resistant (up to 10 million cycles/+-360°). Additionally, they provide for good weld-field immunity, chemicals-, and oil resistance. The combination of these properties facilitates operations wherever high flexibility at concurrent reliability is essential in industrial environment.
Comprehensive product portfolio with orange-colored cable
In order to match the Robotic and Automation environment without attracting any attention, the PUR-cable quality exclusively available from ESCHA is equipped with an orange-colored cable jacket. Moreover, it fulfills the UL and CSA (UL 10493/20549) requirements and can thus be used on the North American market.
At launch, ESCHA offers the new S7400-cable for a wide range of the existing Automation-Line-product portfolio. In addition to various housing styles (straight or angled, female, male) and polarities (3-, 4- and 5-pole (4+PE), the M8x1 and M12x1 connection- and junction cables are also available in LED-versions. All connectors are dust- and waterproof according to protection classes IP67 and IP69K.
