ESCHA have added shielded versions of the Y- and T-splitters to their product range. These products are suitable for communication applications in the fields of Profibus and CANopen as well as for all applications requiring shielded splitter solutions. The ports (male or female) can be arranged in a variety of configurations, giving you a number of options when configuring your 2-way junctions.

The entire portfolio is based on the patented 2SSK-Technology developed by ESCHA. This technology provides for a reliable and consistent 360°-shielding even with vibration and high mechanical stresses and contributes to the very compact splitter structure. The final overmould will additionally provide for the IP67 and IP69K protection class requirements.

Substitute for longer junction cables

With shielded Y- and T-splitters from ESCHA, longer junction cables can easily be replaced as signals can be distributed directly in sensor proximity with a 2-way junction. This will not only save space but also considerable costs for the customer.
